Do you have this line in your /etc/profile:

Code: Select all
[ "$PS1" -a -f /etc/bash_completion ] && . /etc/bash_completion

If yes, make sure /etc/profile is included in your /home/<user>/.bashrc file:

Code: Select all
# /etc/bash.bashrc
[ -f /etc/profile ] && . /etc/profile

This should do it. If not, let me know.
