New clean install on Lenovo S12 (intel atom) dimutative laptop.
Tried suspend - and it worked! ! !
But when I tested hibernate - it seems to hang with a message "2 sec..." on a blank screen with a text message.
How can I get Parsix to boot normally? safe mode from grub2 does the same thing as regular boot.
Any suggestions, folks?

Hi, So if fails to resume but it does finish the hibernation process and shuts down the system? How much RAM you have and how big is your swap partition?

Yes, I have the same issue when i set that when the lids close then hibernate and than it will never came back and hangs...
i have 6GB DDR3 Ram and about 8GB Swap but I run the 32bit version so the Ram used is about 4GB of my whole Ram.

closing the lids suspends the system, not hibernate.
maybe the problem is Graphic card.

In default by closing the lid it suspends, but you can configure it to hibernate in the System Settings.
